Burdock Brewery

Burdock is (by my estimation) one of the 10,000 micro-breweries in Toronto.

While they made a lot of styles, what makes them different was an early experimentation with beer-wine hybrids. Where grape skins are added to the fermentation process to make a unique beverage that has the characteristics of both beer and wine.

We thought that was the way to create differentiation for Burdock.
