Ministry of Education

The Ontario Ministry of Education was updating their sex education curriculum for the first time in 20 years. There was a lot a new stuff, but parents were scared of being replaced as their child’s first educator.

We argued (on behalf of Ontario) that the last time the curriculum was updated was before Google was invented, and that kids were better off with teachers helping them cope with the insane modern challenges of becoming adults than their friends or the internet.

We saw a 17-point (!) swing in Ontarian’s approval of the new curriculum after the spot ran.
